Change of business name

We would like to inform you that in connection with the growth of our company's foreign activities, our business name will change as of 1 January 2022: from POKORNÝ spol. s r.o. to Pokorny industries s.r.o..

You will gradually notice the change on all our business documents, promotional materials and we will now communicate with you under the web and e-mail domain pokornyindustries.com. However, the tesneni.com domain will remain functional and your emails will be redirected.

Other details such as registration number, tax ID number and bank details remain unchanged.

All changes have no effect on our current cooperation, activities, rights and obligations. Please note that there has been no change in the management and structure of the company, nor in the products and services offered.
