Acrylic Acid Anhydride
Acrylic anhydride is a colourless liquid with a pungent, acrid odour. Acrylic anhydride is an intermediate in the production of various polymers such as polyacrylates and polyacrylamides. It is also used as a crosslinking agent in the manufacture of resins and as a modifying agent in the manufacture of rubber. Acrylic anhydride can be harmful if inhaled or ingested and can irritate the skin and eyes.
