Allyl methacrylate is a colorless liquid that is used as a monomer in the production of polymers and copolymers such as acrylic resins and acrylic fibers. It is also used as a crosslinking agent in adhesives, paints and inks and as a modifier in rubber and plastics. Allyl methacrylate is highly flammable and should be handled with care.
