ECH
Epichlorohydrin (ECH) is a colourless, oily liquid used in the manufacture of epoxy resins, which are used in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications such as adhesives, coatings and composites. Epichlorohydrin is also used as a raw material in the production of various other chemicals such as glycerol, chlorohydrins and epoxy compounds. Epichlorohydrin is considered a hazardous chemical and exposure to high levels of this substance can cause health effects.
