Oxygen (above 600 °F) - Chemical resistance

At temperatures above 315 °C, oxygen is a highly reactive gas, can promote combustion and can cause an explosion when in contact with combustible materials. At high temperatures, oxygen can cause materials to ignite and burn, making it a potential hazard in industrial operations such as welding, cutting and other high temperature processes.
