Sodium Phosphate Tribasic
Sodium phosphate is a white crystalline powder that is well soluble in water. It is used as a food additive, water softener and cleaning agent in various industries. It is also used as a component of some medical products and as a component of various laboratory reagents. In the food industry it is used as an emulsifier, sequestrant and chelating agent.
