The seal is designed for high pressure environments where copper washers are inadequate. Washer and rubber material can be selected as required.
Screw seals = leather rings. Metal washers of rectangular cross-section with a ring of vulcanized rubber with a trapezoid-shaped cross-section glued to the inside. An improvement on the original concept, the self-centered bonded seal offers a further increase in utility.

Elastomer resistant to mineral oils, water and watery liquids, hot air and numerous chemicals.
Fluorocarbon elastomer resistant to mineral oils, gasoline and a wide range of solvents and chemicals. In this respect it outperforms other oil resistant materials (e.g. NBR).
HNBR has higher tensile strength and abrasion resistance than NBR, and five times the resistance to acid gasoline, acid gas and ozone.
We can create the perfect seal for your needs, including non-standard sizes.
The tape has a very low coefficient of friction, which makes it easier to screw together and prevents the joints from dropping. It is non-flammable, non-ageing and non-toxic.
