Hylosil 101 is a non-corrosive, low odour (compared to acetoxy based sealants), amine based silicone compound that cures at room temperature (RTV).
The Hylosil RTV range of silicones are high performance engineering sealants used in automotive and general manufacturing applications. Each type of silicone has specific properties such as temperature resistance, viscosity, thixotropy, sprayability, oil resistance, water resistance, adhesion.
Typical applications include gearbox seals, engines, turbines, electric motors, defence applications, automotive bulb seals, electrical potting.
