Product description

Injection compound for sealing pumps, agitators and valves is made from a blend of high quality synthetic fibres and a carefully selected blend of lubricants. This unique combination of fibers and lubricants allows for virtually drip-free sealing.

• The patented POWERpack-inject cage support system improves injection molding functionality and reliability.
• POWERpack-inject can be applied and refilled while the mixer, pump or valve is in operation.
• It does not require cooling and lubrication with plugging water or pumped media.
• Due to its low coefficient of friction and conformability, it extends the life of the sealed joint and reduces wear on the bushing or shaft.

Cage support system

Injecting a soft, ductile, fibrous sealant into the packing chamber instead of using relatively hard knitted sealing rings is not new. However, the shutter rings in particular were shifting and forming uncontrollably in the packing chamber, greatly reducing their life and increasing the consumption of sealant.

The patented POWERpack-inject retaining cage system greatly improves the form stability and compactness of the packing chamber, greatly reduces grout consumption, increases the reliability and durability of this sealing system. Shaft wear is reduced.
