POWERtherm - thermal insulation fabric

Product description

We offer thermal insulation fabrics made of glass fibre, combed HT fibre, ceramic fibre, silicon fibre and PANXIDE fibre.

Treatment: reinforcement, elastomers, Al coating, vermiculite impregnation.

Applications: Thermal insulation, condensate pipe protection, heat resistant blankets and curtains, textile expansion joints, protective clothing and equipment in metallurgical, petrochemical, chemical and aerospace industries.

Product variants

Fiberglass textile with Al foil

Al foil prevents fraying during cutting and improves thermal insulation.

• Available in thicknesses of 0.18 - 3 mm.

Reinforced fiberglass fabric

Coated on one or both sides with grey/red silicone - protection against liquids etc.

Fiberglass fabric reinforced with stainless steel with coating

High mechanical resistance due to reinforcement with stainless steel mesh.

• Can be supplied with Al coating or with reinforcement.

Fiberglass fabric with anti-corrosion treatment

The base fabrics undergo special treatments during production to prevent smoke formation during application. The vermiculite impregnated version is flame resistant.

• It is produced in different widths and weights.

Fabrics with amorphous silicon

Can be coated with elastomers/silicone

• For temperatures up to 1200 °C (melting point 1650 °C).
