Phenylsulfonic Acid
Benzenesulfonic acid is a white or pale yellow solid. It is soluble in water and is often used as a strong acid catalyst in chemical reactions. It is also used as an intermediate in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals and other chemicals. Benzenesulfonic acid can be harmful if swallowed or inhaled and can cause skin and eye irritation. It should be handled with care and stored in a well-ventilated area.
