cooling oil
Quenching oil is an oil used to cool and harden metals during heat treatment. It is usually a mineral oil with additives that promote cooling and hardening. Quenching oil reduces the risk of overheating, cracking or deformation during the heat treatment process. Quenching oil also helps to reduce the risk of fire and explosion due to the presence of flammable vapours.

Reinforced with bonded smooth Ni foil 0.013 mm thick (material: 2.4066). For low and medium pressures.
