Caustic Soda
Sodium hydroxide is a highly alkaline chemical compound. At temperatures above 50 °C it becomes increasingly reactive, which means that it reacts more readily with other substances. It is commonly used in a variety of industrial and chemical applications, including as a detergent, pH regulator and in the manufacture of soaps and detergents.
