Disodium Phosphate
Sodium hydrogen phosphate is a white crystalline powder that is well soluble in water. It is commonly used as a food additive, as a buffer in various industrial processes and as a component of some medical products, e.g. oral rehydration solutions. It is also used as a component of various laboratory reagents and as a source of phosphate in fertilisers.
