Dialuminum Trisulfate
Aluminium sulphate is a white crystalline solid that is highly soluble in water. Aluminium sulphate is used as a flocculant in water treatment to clarify water by removing suspended particles. It is also used as a pH regulator in papermaking, as a flame retardant and as a mordant in dyeing and printing textiles. In addition, aluminium sulphate is used as a coagulant in the manufacture of certain pharmaceuticals and as a laboratory reagent.
