Cane Juice
Cane sugar solution is a sweet liquid made from the sap or juice of sugar cane. It is obtained by crushing or grinding sugar cane to obtain the juice, which is then purified and concentrated by a series of processes such as filtration, clarification and evaporation. The resulting solution is a clear, sweet liquid that contains a high concentration of sucrose, which is used as a sweetener in various foods and beverages. It can also be used as a raw material for the production of granulated sugar or fermented to produce alcohol such as rum.
