Ethyl Alcohol
Ethyl alcohol, also known as ethanol, is a clear, colourless liquid with a characteristic, pleasant smell. It is a type of alcohol found in alcoholic beverages and is also used as a solvent, in the manufacture of personal care and cleaning products and as a fuel additive. It is widely used in the food industry as a flavouring and preservative, and also has uses in the health sector as a disinfectant and antiseptic.

It is used in refrigeration and applications where the seal is exposed to external weathering.
