Nickel Dichloride
Nickel chloride is a greenish-yellow or orange crystalline solid that is highly hygroscopic, meaning it readily absorbs moisture from the air. It is used in a variety of industrial applications such as electroplating, nickel plating, catalysts, pigments and as a reagent in chemical synthesis. It is also used as a precursor for the production of other nickel compounds such as nickel catalysts.
