SHMP, Sodium Metaphosphate
Sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) is a polyphosphate salt with six phosphate units. It is used as a food additive, water softener and dispersant. In the food industry, it is commonly used as a firming agent, emulsifier and stabilizer. It can help improve the texture, appearance and taste of processed foods.

Rubber resistant to atmospheric influences, UV and ozone radiation. Excellent temperature resistance.
FKM has excellent chemical and heat resistance. It is used in mineral oil and grease based applications.
