DynaGraph corrugated seals solve the problems caused by insufficient seal elasticity and prevent leakage of pollutants into the environment.

Normally graphite is applied to the metal core of the gasket in only one density, thus providing the benefits of only this one density. DynaGraph has both low and high density graphite applied, giving the benefits of both densities.

Construction - Characteristics

• The support part consists of an undulating metal core which is covered with flexible graphite of varying density and thickness.
• The construction ensures better sealing properties compared to standard seals.

The curled shape increases the ability to return to its original state and reduces the surface area of the seal at the beginning of tightening. It also reduces the amount of seating pressure required to make the seal functional.

• This results in bolt stability and increased stability of contact force during temperature cycles.

The manufacturing process of applying graphite to the surface of the metal core ensures that it is applied without the pores found in graphite plate gaskets.

• Can be manufactured with different baffles and sizes as per customer requirement.
